Twin sisters Yael Yishai and Avital Segel, who live in the Gush Etzion bloc in the West Bank in Israel, were each bearing a fourth child, and each had two girls and a boy already.
And this week, the twins gave birth – on the same day, in the same hospital. And both babies were boys.
First Yael gave birth, and then her younger twin sister, Avital, gave birth.
The 31-year-old twins gave birth at Shaare Tzedek Hospital in Yerushalayim.
The hospital staff ensured that the sisters shared a room, celebrating their simchos together.

Kiddush Hashem. Me kiamcha yisroel.
Of course. No greater Kiddush Hashem than giving birth at the same time as your twin. Obviously.
Even according to the Zionist State of Israel, the West Bank is disputed territory, not “in Israel”.
As per Rav Shach, it’s “hisgarus gasa baUmos haOlam” – meaning halachically forbidden – to live in the territories, including in “the Gush Etzion bloc”.
