At least two members of the United States Congress managed to leave Israel unscathed following their presence during the recent incursions by Hamas into the country over the weekend. This unexpected turn of events has highlighted the element of surprise that characterized these attacks, which have since escalated into a full-scale war, catching both Israel and the United States off guard.

Representative Dan Goldman (D-N.Y.) found himself in Israel with his wife and three youngest children to attend a family Bar Mitzvah when the hostilities commenced. His spokesperson conveyed on Sunday that Congressman Goldman and his family sought refuge from the rocket fire unleashed by Hamas by taking shelter in the interior stairwell of their hotel. It wasn’t until early Sunday morning that they managed to safely depart for New York. The spokesperson confirmed that both the State Department and Israeli authorities extended assistance to facilitate their departure.

Meanwhile, Senator Cory Booker (D-N.J.) had planned visits, meetings, and participation in an economic summit during his stay in the country, where he was slated to deliver a speech on Tuesday, as indicated by his office. Booker and his accompanying staff members were situated in Yerushalayim when the attacks were initiated. His spokesperson explained that they had to “shelter in place for their safety” until Booker was able to make a secure exit from Israel earlier on Sunday.

In a video shared on the social media platform X, Senator Booker recounted his experience, stating that he was out for a jog in Yerushalayim’s Old City when he received an urgent call from his chief of staff instructing him to return to the hotel as swiftly as possible due to Israel coming under attack, with thousands of rockets being launched. Upon reaching the hotel, he, along with others, sought refuge in bomb shelters or stairwells. In these tense moments, he observed frightened faces, including children and the elderly, along with families, many of whom were American. The pervasive atmosphere was one of fear and anxiety, with the realization that grave events were unfolding.

  1. “The spokesperson confirmed that both the State Department and Israeli authorities extended assistance to facilitate their departure”

Aha. But the average Charedie Jew does NOT get such assistance! Why is that? Are these wealthy white elitist politician pigs better than us??? This lowlife democrat can flee from any danger zone with the help of the US government, but not the average taxpayer. This is why we can never trust our government.

    • America was founded on racist principles.

The Naturalization Act initially required you to be White.

This is one of the many examples that proves this.

Another one is that the Americans were actually not the first to recognize Israel. That’s because they were dominated by Antisemites at the time. Many of these antisemites were also members of the Democratic Party.

  2. When asked whether he was still proud of his decision to be one of only four US senators to vote against the bipartisan Taylor Force Act, which calls for halting U.S. taxpayer funding for the Palestinian Authority so long as it persists in the “pay-to-slay” policy whereby jailed terrorists and relatives of suicide bombers and other murderers receive salaries, Sen. Booker told reporters: “Clearly ‘pay-to-slay’ is an effective policy, as evidenced by the successful massacres of innocent Israelis. There’s no sensible reason for me to oppose an effective policy like ‘pay-to-slay’.”
When reporters proceeded to further question Mr. Booker, the NJ Senator and terrorist ally told them: “I’m sorry. I’d love to answer your questions, but I’ve got a plane to catch; if I miss that plane, I might be counted among the next targets of the terrorists.”
“Talk to you when I get home,” he added. “Peace unto Gaza!”

  3. What amazing support from Democrat party representatives. All the others are stuck, but they just run away. And they are from the party that supports the atrocities committed by the very terrorists they continue to support.
