The United States is not involved with the recent incident at the Iranian uranium enrichment facility of Natanz, the White House said on Monday.
The message came from White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki during a media briefing.
“The US was not involved in any manner. We have nothing to add to the speculation about the causes or the impact,” Psaki said.
The statement came after Iran claimed that the Natanz facility was struck by a minor explosion, with the damage set to be fixed soon.
