The Central Election Committee announced after midnight Tuesday that following an investigation which found several instances of apparent election fraud, it had amended the election results and Likud gained one more seat at the expense of the UTJ.
The change gives Likud 32 seats, still one behind Blue and White. It drops UTJ from eight to seven, but it does not change the balance of power between the rival blocs headed by Likud’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Blue and White challenger Benny Gantz. Netanyahu has been endorsed as preferred prime minister by 55 MKs; Gantz has the backing of 54.
The committee has until the end of Wednesday to give President Reuven Rivlin its final results.

Yeh right. Isn’t it interesting how it’s always the Chareidim/Agudah that lose a seat but never Labor, Lieberman, Lapid, Arabs, Yamina/Bayit Yehudi, etc…. Talk about anti Charedie bias corruption. But apparently it doesn’t bother a single Israeli. What a sick racist secular Country. They love going down like sheep to slaughter.
racist? you might want to look at what that word means
Your comment is factually incorrect.
Lost the seat by 68 votes
Guess that teaches us once again the value of each vote
This doesn’t affect the coalition math, which is still a problem for the religious parties that might be squeezed in a Netanyahu-Gantz deal. All prior promises by the politicians are subject to retraction.
