A Las Vegas cab driver found $300,000 in a brown paper bag in the back seat of his taxi and returned the money to its rightful owner. After returning the money to the lucky gambler, the cab company rewarded the driver with $1,000 and a dinner for two at an exclusive restaurant.
The owner of the money’s identity was verified later that night and contacted.
“If he doesn’t give me anything, that’s OK,” the cab driver said. “I’m not waiting for any kind of return. I just wanted to do the right thing, and I appreciate what the company did for me.” Read more at the Las Vegas Sun.

Is he going to be honored?
To # 1 – Yes. The IRS will probably charge him with money laundering.
Very foolish. The driver should of kept it. The money was illegal anyway.
