VICTIM NAMED: The first victim from today’s terror attack in southern Israel has been identified as 23-year-old Yishai Gartner, a yeshiva bochur from the community of Modi’in Illit.
One other Israeli was killed and four were injured, including a 16-year-old who is in critical condition.
