So if I understand him correctly, the CDC is basing their guidance regarding schools on politics and special interests, rather than science. I don’t think that should surprise anybody. My only problem is, why on Earth are so many still trusting, believing, and buying into the other things that are coming from the “professionals” and the CDC? Don’t we have a concept in Torah that once a person is proven unreliable as a source in one area, they are questionable and no longer trustworthy overall? Isn’t that why a convicted thief can not testify? Since he has been proven to be willing to break the law for money, he can not be trusted as he may be accepting money to break the law and testify falsely. So we now have an agency – the CDC – which is proven to be basing their “science” on political expediency, and we have the head of the Task Force – Dr. Fauci – who has been proven to do the same, so why do we value anything they tell us?
And with respect to our Doctors, if they themselves have run the tests and studied the numbers, then I have no reason to question them as they are reliable public servants. If their advice and guidance is coming from their own experience in treating their patients, then they should be likewise reliable. But if a doctor – ANY DOCTOR – if prescribing, recommending, or advising based solely on the “standards” “guidelines” or “science” that is passed down from the very agencies who are proven to be unreliable, then how can their opinions have any more validity than the agencies themselves?
I am so tired of hearing people tell me what to do or not do based on the indisputable logic of “But even my doctor said so!!” If your doctor said so based on the CDC or Dr Fauci then they have just as much credibility as their own sources do.
