Biden has signed at least 90 executive orders. And today Biden said he might issue executive orders on abortion rights if the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade. So, if Biden truly feels issuing executive orders is an abuse of the constitution – like he told Kimmel – he must really get a kick out of abusing the constitution.
