Dr. Vladimir Zalenko has announced that he’s closing his office in Kiryas Joel, NY after serving the community for more than 20 years.

  2. Foolish community, for letting him go.

    His Z’chus is tremendous, and he also deserves a ticker-tape parade down 5th Ave.

    This doctor’s saga is a demonstration of how people can be so obtuse and stubborn (and selfish) that they don’t/won’t recognize a gem in their midst.
    (And some dopes actually criticize and condemn the “gem in their midst”…..)

    Oh well, it’s mainly Monroe’s loss.

    Meanwhile, i continue to admire this special person!
    (I don’t live in Monroe. And i never met Dr. Zelenko.)

    • Yes, if we would be smart we would arrange an honor parade. I believe even Trump would have some attendance to it. He really deserves so much more respect. He literally saved thousands of lives and for politics, money and honor he became a target.

    • I don’t live in KJ, I am in the depths of galut, where most people are not Jewish and most Jews are not religious.

      I do know that in the rest of the world doctors are confronted by angry patients and family members, who always demand the impossible (life and health, nothing less) and who do not hesitate to sue in court or occasionally to physically attack the unfortunate medical professional, and I also know that despite this drug being peddled already for the Spanish flu in Europe 100+ years ago and despite the Chinese hospitals trialing it for the new virus two months before everyone else, the blame, as usual, is on “the Jews”.

  17. We can use a Doctor like that in Lakewood. Unfortunately one of the well respected pediatricians in Lakewood was niftar recently from corona.

  19. This dr is a tzadik. He went about trying to make others aware of what may possibly help people despite being ridiculed and harrassed. What a shame. How many lives could have been spared had his protocol been used more.

    Praiseworthy are you, Dr. Zalenko for not resorting to לשון הרע in the situation you found yourself. If you are already moving, come to Eretz Israel and bring your family along ! We will carry you on our shoulders. We appreciate and value good people. And we need doctors. You also speak Russian and English which will be very helpful. There is a large Russian & English-speaking community in Eretz Israel who are admiring you from distance. Maybe Hashem put you through all this in order for you to come here ! Whatever you choose to do, may you be blessed !

  21. To think that a good person like Dr. Zelenko has to deal with an investigation now. An investigation if anyone doesn’t know can take your life over and financially too. He saved thousands of lives and look how an opportunity can be killed. My only message for anyone out of that mentality is: don’t be as tmimusdig as Dr. Zelenko. Cus the whole complaint to the AG was based on the misuse of wording describing the approval of the meds

  23. Why does he stop working as a family doctor, which he has obviously a talent for, in addition to qualifications and a strong passion? He should instead stop doing the “other”, which is not exact to say “have happened”: he did it.
