Showing emotive video, trying to convince the viewer of the fear and danger they felt, adds ABSOLUTELY ZERO to their legal argument of trying to claim that Trump was responsible for it. All it can show is that it was a scary riot (and it doesn’t even really show that anyway to any intelligent viewer).
I am sick of these emotion-appealing, diversion propaganda tactics. And I am sick of the easily emotionally swayed American masses that fall for it (Gadolhadora, rt etc. included).
I’d demand they come back with a LEGAL claim and try to show evidence that supports a LEGAL responsibly. But this mawkish stimulating tactic unfortunately works for them.
