  1. Very nice thing to do. But it won’t do a thing as far as curbing the wave of antisemitism. Antisemitism is a very ancient mechanism HKBH created to separate us from Goyim when we forget who we are, where we are and where we are ultimately going. All you have to do is look at the countless times in our history – since we arrived in EY in the days of Yehoshua – that the cycle of “…Bnei Yisrael deviated from the ways of Hashem…”-“…Hashem brought the surrounding nations against us…”-“…Bnei Yisrael did Teshuvah…”-“…Bnei Yisrael defeated the enemy…” repeated itself.
There are sadly many who will scorn at this view. That too has always existed…

  2. CHAZAL were completely against making friends with goyim. Be fair and keep peace, but not friends. By the way, part of keeping peace is not be perceived as an easy target. So here it is: speak softly while carrying a big stick , or Tavor X95 ; ). When dealing with wild bears, don’t attack but don’t run away either; just stand your ground while backing away slowly.
