Israel’s new Diaspora Affairs Minister, Omer Yankelevich, caused a tumult in the Knesset when she added the words “Be’ezrat Hashem” during the swearing-in ceremony in the Knesset of Israel’s new government.
Yankelevich received the green light for the addition from Knesset Secretary Yardena Meller.

Not all that much different from “So help me G-d”
Omer is a boy’s name …
What’s your complaint now? Is anonymous better? It is neither boy’s nor girl’s name. It’s no name.
Simcha is a boys name and girls name. I have a friend named Zissel and my wife has a wife Zissel. Now I know of a third name that can be for both.
Wonderful!
Power to her!

I didn’t see any tumult in this video was there a tumult afterwards or is this another one of matzavs exxagerated headlines
Many of the ministers included either “boruch Hashem” or “be’ezrat Hashem”…
Where’s the tumult? Did not hear any?

I wish her hatzlacha. I hope & pray she doesn’t turn out to be another Dov Lipman. Being part of a chiloni party is very dangerous.
No tumult and she got permission to do so
I also thought Omer was a name of a boy ,but my wife Yankel said its not necessarily a boys name.
