Which failed policies? Joe promised to surround himself with black women, and he is doing so rather successfully. Not that they are worth the provided positions, but the effort itself is doing well.
He promised to bring Alphabet into the government, and found a Buttgig and a Levine, wherever they were located before. Again, neither is doing much to brag about, but Joe managed to get them on the federal payroll.
What else? He called Putin a war criminal THREE times, and that has to count for something.
He retained the services of a circling back clown, for over a year, for free public entertainment.
He provided hope for all senile geriatric patients.
Oh, yes, he got a new dog, since he occupied the White House. While this may have not been Major, but we do, finally, have a real Commander, with a real bite, in the Presidential mansion.
If those aren’t monumental accomplishments, then I don’t know what to say.
