  1. “The lucky numbers”
Why do they call it “lucky”? Isn’t that kefira? Are you insinuating that it’s stam mikrah? Is there such a thing as luck shot? Doesn’t the Rebono shel Olam control every detail? Lucky is usually associated with something good. Is it good for a human to “win” such a mass amount of money in one shot at one time? What is the history of those who did?

    • Being lucky is having mazel. In this case it’s a mazel tov, a big one. Why should having mazel be kefira? It was after all Hashem who orchestrated it, no?

    • You start with advising not to envy the guy and end up cursing him? Why? How would you feel if someone were to tell you this when you won?

  2. We all say we don’t envy these winners because of this and that, but at the end of the day most of us buy tickets and dream of winning life changing fortunes.
