6.5M Cars Recalled for Exploding Airbags

Manufacturers are recalling millions of additional cars because of concerns about potentially faulty airbag inflators made by Takata.

The move comes after exploding airbags have been linked to at least six deaths among Honda drivers.

The largest recall – just under five million – comes from Toyota, which says models made between 2003 and 2007 may have been affected. Nissan is recalling about 1.5 million with similar concerns. Read more at the BBC.
