Lakewood Gas Station Has Contaminated Gas

gasLakewood, NJ – The Lakewood Scoop reports that mechanics in Lakewood advise motorists to refrain from filling up their vehicles with gas from the BP Gas Station on River Avenue due to gas contamination.

R’ Sruli Rosenberg of Madison Repair says that his shop has diagnosed over 10 vehicles with various mechanical failures after the cars were filled with gas from the BP Gas Station on River Avenue located across from Lake Carasaljo.

Sruli says the gas is causing power loss and other mechanical issues. The engine light will typically go on and the car may stall. At least two vehicles who filled up at the station and drove to the Catskills had to have their vehicles towed.

Has anyone contacted the owners of the gas station?

What part of “mechanics in Lakewood advise motorists to refrain from filling up their vehicles with gas from the BP Gas Station on River Avenue due to gas contamination” could you not understand, LazerA? What makes you think that the gas station boss does not know what’s going on?

  2. Oivay! Did you ask a gadol if you can post this? A few cars from all the hundreds that fill up there doesn’t prove anything. It’s L H at its worst. If not a Yehudi, then it might cause antiS. Ruin someone’s parnasa, etc. what about “midvar sheker tirchok”? Vahafta leraiacho komoicho? It’s all because we didn’t go to the siyum!
