Satellites Show Russia Mobilizing

Satellite photographs from NATO were released on Thursday that showed Russian fighter jets and tanks massed near Ukraine’s border. The equipment was captured by the commercial satellite imaging company DigitalGlobe, and the photographs come after Moscow accused NATO of exaggerating the situation.

NATO’s release came on the same day that Vladimir Putin threatened to cut back gas sales to Ukraine. Read more at The New York Times.
