A pair of tefillin has been purchased from a goy and the owner of the tefillin is being sought. R’ Shmuel Hartman, who is now in possession of the tefillin, has reached out to Matzav.com in an attempt to track down the owner of the tefillin. How the goy got hold of the tefillin is not clear, but unfortunately this is not the first time this type of thing has happened. The name on the tefillin bag is Kreisman.
