[Video and photos below.] Last night, Phil ‘Avner’ Costeff, a management consultant who has served as a consulteant to hundreds of businesses owners nationwide, spoke in Lakewood for business owners, managers, and entrepreneurs. The two-hour workshop explored business tools useful in restructuring a business to achieve desired profit goals. The workshop focused on the three main areas of business: Sales/Marketing, Operations, and Finance. The event was held at E-Source Place on River Avenue.
Phil is a management consultant, and founder of the Small Business Olympics. He holds an MBA, travels nationwide, consults to the SBDC (SBA) and has consulted with over 500 small businesses nationwide.
