It’s well known that one should begin learning the halachos of Pesach thirty days in advance, but many people simply haven’t managed to find an appropriate shiur. Agra D’Pirka is doing something about it. The celebrated morning Torah learning program that has changed the lives of thousands is now offering a one-time evening Yarchei Kallah just in time for pre-Pesach learning.
The special program will be held on Sunday April 7th in three Agra D’Pirka locations. Knesses Bais Avigdor, located at 1720 Avenue J and long considered the program’s flagship location, will be featuring three outstanding shiurim. At 8:00 PM, Rav Lipa Geldwerth, who has been giving pre-Pesach shiurim for decades, will be speaking on the topic of ‘Nisei Nissan’. At 8:30 Rav Aharon Kahn will discuss the Arba’ah Bonim. Rav Yisroel Ephrati’s presentation begins at 9:15, on the subject of ‘Kitniyos: An Agricultural Perspective’. The Flatbush program will be streaming live, thanks to the efforts of TorahAnytime.com. It is expected to be watched by thousands across the USA, who are unable to attend in person.

It’s a topic that is especially relevant this year since Pesach falls out on Shabbos.
In Monsey, the celebrated Rav Daniel Glatstein will be speaking at 8:00 PM in the Fountainview shul which is located at 2000 Fountainview Drive. His topic will be: ‘The Pesach Seder; Creating the Geulah Sheleima’. Rav Matis Stern, one of Agra D’Pirka’s longstanding Magidei shiur will follow with a shiur discussing the Seder night, entitled “Matza: Lechem Oni or Zecher Lecheirus?” The Monsey program is co-sponsored by the Monsey Night Seder Bais Hamedrash.
