Hamas announced on Monday its intention to execute an Israeli civilian captive in response to any further Israeli airstrikes targeting civilian residences without prior warnings.
Abu Obaida, the spokesperson for Hamas’ armed wing, known as the IQB, asserted that they have adhered to Islamic principles by safeguarding Israeli captives. He attributed this decision to Israel’s intensified bombings and the resulting civilian casualties inside homes, carried out without forewarnings.
“We have chosen to bring an end to this situation, and we hereby declare that any attacks on our people in their residences without prior notice will unfortunately lead to the execution of one of the civilian hostages we are holding,” he declared.
Israel’s Foreign Minister, Eli Cohen, issued a video statement on Monday, cautioning Hamas against harming the Israeli hostages held in Gaza. Cohen emphasized Israel’s commitment to bringing these hostages back, emphasizing a “spirit of mutual responsibility.”
“We call upon Hamas not to harm any of the hostages,” Cohen emphasized. He further denounced such actions as war crimes, asserting that they would not go unpunished.
Reports indicate that the hostages are currently distributed across various locations in Gaza.
Disturbing footage has surfaced, showing women being forcibly taken away in vehicles, injured and often restrained with bound hands.
Images depicted Israeli seniors transported into the Gaza Strip on golf carts and families compelled into trucks.

Why had they purposely left all the borders open for the terrorists to roam around in Israel for about 3 hours with weapons and trailers, killing 900 Jews, maiming thousands and capturing dozens? The Israelis shuld execute one Hamas captive for every Israei hiostage executed by Hamas.
