Two rockets were launched at Israeli territory from Syria on Tuesday night; both fell in open areas, the Israel Defense Forces stated.
Sirens went off in agricultural communities in the Golan Heights. No one was reported injured, and there were no reports of property damage, according to Magen David Adom.
“The IDF is responding with artillery fire at the source of the shooting,” the military said.
Following the incident, power outages were reported in border towns in the southern Golan Heights, Israel’s Kan News public broadcaster said. JNS
