An East Yerushalayim Arab in his 20s was arrested after he publicized a video in which he tugged the peyos of a young man at a Beit Shemesh courthouse. Police also arrested two accomplices in their late teens.
Palestinian youngsters regard it “cool” to harass Jews, particularly if they are charedim, and to publicize videos of the persecution on social media.
