A US Capitol rioter suspect who declared it was “hunting season” has been charged over an alleged threat to assassinate Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (AOC) and kill a cop, reports say.
The DOJ reportedly revealed new charges against a Texas man accused of taking part in the deadly US Capitol siege and posting online death threats against the New York congresswoman and a cop.
Garret Miller faces five criminal charges stemming from the insurrection, including trespassing offenses and making online death threats.
Miller allegedly tweeted, “assassinate AOC,” on the day of the siege, according to court documents, CNN reports.

As much as I cannot bring myself to say anything defensive for AOC, this fellow deserves the brunt of the law.
What did he do wrong? Was he trying to kill her? Did anyone take his joke seriously?
did they arrest and keep in prison any of the rioters over the summer????
Over ten thousand arrested in the summer rioting. Many cases have not yet gone to trial yet.
Please apply the same same prosecutorial zeal and vigor to the riots in the cities across the country.
