The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will undergo a stark transformation following a highly criticized, confusing, and mishandled pandemic response. After an extensive internal review of the CDC’s handling of the outbreak, CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky said the agency had failed to respond quickly enough.
“For 75 years, CDC and public health have been preparing for Covid-19, and in our big moment, our performance did not reliably meet expectations,” Walensky said to The New York Times. The CDC is expected to add more staff to its public health emergencies teams, and sign them onto contracts lasting six months or more, in an agency-wide effort to avoid the high turnover that fueled confusion and delays during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to Axios. It will also restructure the agency’s website and its communications office, and will deemphasize the importance of publishing scientific papers on rare diseases, turning instead to employee impact on public health. In response to the recently announced plan for a CDC overhaul due to the botched pandemic response, virus spokesman, Rick Corona told reporters on Wednesday that the virus is preparing for all contingencies, including the planned CDC overhaul.
“We’re not just sitting back and resting on our laurels,” Mr. Corona said. “We’re preparing to meet all of the challenges that come our way, including the CDC overhaul.”
Mr. Corona added: “The virus will regroup and seek additional funding from the Wuhan lab. And I’m certain that the virus will meet all of the challenges of the 21st Century, head on, with a feverish pitch.”

Hilarious. The CDC decisions on the vaccines were based on clinical trials done by Big Pharma (Pfizer), Little Pharma (Moderna), and the observational data provided by the Israeli government.
Can you explain why almost a million people were injured or died from the so-called “vaccines” and the CDC and FDA did not stop the genocide? Why the Israeli government did not stop it and even provided fake data, was reported in their own media – $100,000 for every covid death in the US and similar amount in Israel is no easy feat to stop their own citizens from injecting themselves with deadly jabs.

It’s absolutely mind-boggling. In the wake of the CDC’s total mis-handling of its response to Covid-19, it had chosen to address the one issue which was a non-issue — they weren’t fast enough. It’s ok that they lied to America about every aspect of the vaccine — its effectiveness, its long-term protection, the resultant VAERS disasters, its general safety — no reason to overhaul here!
And it’s ok that they discouraged the use of safe medications which are effective against Covid, causing the needless and senseless deaths of possibly hundreds of thousands of Americans — no reason to make any sweeping changes for that either!
And it’s also ok that they encouraged lockdowns and shutdowns of businesses and schools with no rhyme or reason, resulting in the disastrous situations we lived through and still are living with — no reason to reevaluate anything about the CDC for this!
And it’s ok that they encouraged mask wearing and mandating for anyone over two when they had not a shred of a study or evidence, not causative, not statistical, and not logical, to support any of it — not anything to prompt a massive review about that either!

Also false. Had NYC not shut down we might have had hundreds of thousands more deaths. The virus was spreading completely out of control with no treatment and inadequate protective equipment. Hospitals were very close to turning patients away and a delay of just a few more days would have made that happen.

Also false. There have been a lot of experimental studies about the effectiveness of masks and they all show that the right masks when worn properly reduce transmission.
