Midnight has passed on the East Coast and yet the Missouri Republican primary results have not yet been confirmed, because the race is really really close.
While for the longest time this evening, Donald Trump was winning by a small 3-4 point margin, Ted Cruz has closed that gap and, as the results come in, they have been changing leads.
Looks like the night is not going to end early. Missouri returns are coming in awfully slow and this one could go down to the wire.
With 94% reporting, the results are Trump – 373,389 (41.0%), Cruz – 371,278 (40.7%), Kasich – 90,350 (9.9%), and Rubio – 54,965 (6.0%).
