A district attorney overturned the indictment of Lewis Fogle in Pennsylvania Monday after he had served 34 years in jail for the assault and murder of a 15-year-old.
DNA evidence ruled him out of the crime for which he was jailed at the age of 30.
Fogle was released from jail last month at the age of 64 while awaiting the ruling on his charges. Read more at The Guardian.
