The United Arab Emirates said it intercepted a ballistic missile launched late Sunday by Yemen’s Houthi group during President Isaac Herzog’s official visit to the country, Ynet reports.

The incident happened just as Herzog was finishing off the first day of his 48-hour trip, meeting earlier with Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the crown prince of Abu Dhabi and UAE’s de facto ruler. During the meeting, the crown prince stressed the importance of standing up to “militias and terrorist forces.”

Following the attack, Herzog’s office said he will continue the visit as planned and the president is not considered to be in any type of danger.

  1. Who was the UAE cornerback who intercepted the missile and who was the Houthis’ quarterback who launched the missile deep into UAE territory? Did the quarterback use proper technique, or was he launching the missile off the back of his heels.? Was there illegal interference? We will leave all these questions to the Houthis’ and Iranian and UAE coaches to sort out before these two teams meet up again, and before the next deep launch is launched.

    • And at least he had a minyan [Arabs] for his kaddish.

Had he acted like a Jew with respect to G-d and His Torah, the Arabs would have respected him and not have launched missiles.
