An explosion has been reported at a Yerushalayim bus stop this morning near the entrance to the city.

Sources state that the explosion took place at a bus stop on Weizmann Boulevard and that at least 7, and up to 10, people have been hurt, including one in critical condition and several more in serious condition.

Paramedics and emergency responders are at the scene.

It is not confirmed at this time whether this incident was terror-related.

First reports of the explosion came in shortly after 7 a.m., peak commuter hour.

The injured were taken to a number of hospitals and medical centers in the area.

Reports say that an explosive device had been left in a bag at the bus stop. Police are sweeping the area in an attempt to find suspects connected to the explosion.

Reports indicate that a second explosion took place elsewhere, at the Ramot Junction in Yerushalayim, but no one was hurt there. It is not clear if the two explosions are related.

  1. It’s a good thing that Merrick Garland sent the FBI into Israel to condemn the IDF. While they’re there they can investigate this incident.

    • 3 were lightly hurt in the second bomb, miraculously no one else as it is a really busy bus stop art that time of day and minutes before the explosion a bunch of busses “happened” to come all at once and emptied out the stop. the bomb exploded just as the last bus was about to drive off and bore the brunt of the hit protecting the people inside

  2. “Incident”????? thats such a goyish, pc phrase…. when we are talking and referring to Neshamos being slaughtered on the way to learning Torah then us as yidden should know better. This wasnt just an incident this was a “Terror Attack” in more relevant terms.
