CCTV footage published by Boro Park Shomrim shows a motorcyclist snatching and apparently stealing a shtreimel yesterday from a Chassidishe man in Boro Park, Brooklyn.
Shomrim says that the attacker is suspected of grand larceny and are calling on the public to help identify him.
