A shooting this morning took place near Talmud Torah Siach Yitzchok on Beach 9th Street in Far Rockaway, NY.
The shooting, officials say, was not related to, or directed at, the yeshiva, but at least one bullet hit the yeshiva building, breaking threw a window of the building.
Bechasdei Hashem, the incident took place before students were in the building and, we are told, no one was injured.
Police are on the hunt for two people involved in the incident.
Video footage shows two African-American males engaged in the wild early morning shootout.
Classes began as usual today, with the shooting having no impact on the yeshiva schedule. Police assured the hanhalah that the school and its environs are safe and that there is no further threat.

There was a13 year old boy in the Beis Medrash at the time when a bullet flew through the window. He lives on the block and came early to learn before davening. Life has no value whatsoever to these fiends. Any of those shooting at each other had to be aware that at any second a bullet can hit them and they’ll just be a smelly rotting carcass in middle of the street with cars just casually going around their body.
