Last night, Lag Ba’Omer evening, last night, the Vizhnitzer Rebbe of Bnei Brak, Rav Yisroel Hager, had a rare meeting with Prime Minister Binyomin Netanyahu at his official residence in Balfour.

The purpose of the meeting was to ensure the maintenance of the status quo on religious and army recruitment matters prior to the signing of a coalition agreement with Yahadut Hatorah.

The meeting had been kept a secret prior to it taking place.

The rebbe came at the request of the prime minister, traveling from the Galil, where he has been staying during the corona lockdown. The meeting lasted for 45 minutes.

At the beginning of the conversation, the rebbe thanked Netanyahu for what he has done and is doing for Israel, emphasizing his efforts in the fight against corona.

The two then talked about the prime minister’s family background. Netanyahu, among other things, told of his grandparents, who came from Volozhin. Thereafter, the prime minister and the rebbe spoke privately.

The full contents of the meeting are unknown to anyone but the rebbe and the prime minister.

The rebbe told the prime minister that he’s coming “on a mission for the people of Israel.”

At the end of the meeting, the prime minister thanked the rebbe for his efforts in traveling to meet him.

  1. Hope the Rebbe shlit”a brings up the topic about the depopulation vaccination and the microchip injections into children and later oninto adults to be able to track them and hold control over everyone.

    • I think that xians have a belief that being “tagged” with a microchip is a bad thing. This is a modern technology interpretation of what is written in a book of theirs. I am unaware of Jewish authorities who share that belief, can you quote some?

      • Would you personally want to be micro-chipped “tagged” under constant surveillance? I believe most people wouldn’t whether Jewish or not. Nothing to do with halachah and everything to do with privacy.
