ISIS chopped off the right hand and left foot of a boy in Syria who refused to cooperate in joining the caliphate as a child soldier.
The boy, Mohammed, along with another teen Ahmed, were working with rebel groups to fight ISIS in the region.
When Mohammed was discovered, he was first locked in a jail for two months and tortured with electric shocks to his genitals.
Ahmed managed to escape but was later offered amnesty by the Islamic State which included going to an ISIS indoctrination school. Mohammed was later disfigured because he tried to escape. Read more at NBC News.
