Israel: Senior Health Official Says Further Restriction Easing Unlikely In Near Future

Israel is unlikely to take further steps to lift the anti-coronavirus restrictions in the immediate future, a senior Health Ministry official said Sunday.

Speaking at a press conference, Sharon Alroy-Preis, Head of Public Health Services at the Health Ministry, warned that the country is seeing some concerning signs as lockdown restrictions continue to ease.

She warned that COVID-19 transmissions were slowly rising, albeit below the level registered before the nationwide lockdown was implemented in mid-September.

For Israel to enter the next stage of reopening, the number of new daily cases must drop below 500, she said.

  1. They should stop lying with the term “health” official when it’s ALL political and nothing to do with health. About time to tell the sheeple the truth that coronavirus is a cover while the earth is being cleansed.
    The more they use the term “health official” for political reasons, the more have lost their trust in doctors.

    COVID-19 were slowly rising – does this mean more people are murdered in hospitals because only in hospitals do be die from coronavirus?
