Last year, Israel set a number of tourism records with more than 3.5 million visitors, a 0.5 percent increase over 2012, generating more than $11.5 billion in revenue for the Israeli economy.

  1. This is a good sign. According to the latest world tourism survey, approximately 54 million cross border international tourists visit the countries of the Middle East. If everyone plays their cards right this can only increase, to the benefit of all. A rising tide lifts all the boats idea. As I have been saying for many years, a simple equation for an area goes as follows…More safety and security = More tourism !
