Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush said Republicans hoping to overturn the election results should give up.
Bush made his comments in a Thursday night tweet.
His comments were in reference to a suit filed with the Supreme Court by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton challenging the results in four battleground states.
Bush wrote: “This is crazy. it will be killed on arrival. Why are smart people advancing this notion? Let it go. The election is over.”
Om Wednesday Bush had tweeted: “There is no legal theory and the conservative majority Supreme Court will reject it out of hand.”
