My name is Miriam and I live in Yerushalayim.

Four years ago, my mother was diagnosed with cancer and our family needed to travel to the United States for her treatment.

Sadly, she died and left me as a yesoma. Her death and my moving to a foreign country took a major toll on my emotional health.

On a happy note, I will bezras Hashem be married to a ben Torah after Chanuka.

My dear brothers and sisters, I do not have a shekel to pay for even the minimal expenses of my wedding, and I have no one to assist me.

My father is impoverished, and he cannot help me. Accepting the burden of fundraising is crushing me!

I have gone through so much distress in my life. Please help me  pay for my chasuna and the expenses that follow.

The Torah tells us that whoever gives to the poor is “lending” to Hakadosh Baruch Hu, and they will be repaid for this mitzvah. This mitzvah is greater when it involves a yesoma as I am, with no money or family support.

Hashem is granting me an opportunity to begin a new life. Please do not turn away from helping me. Open your heart and donate to my fund.

The Ribono shel olam should bentch you with only good things. All your tefilos should be answered and Hashem should fulfill all your hearts desires.

I thank you in advance for your kindness and generosity.

Miriam
