It is with great sadness that Matzav.com reports the passing of Rabbi Dr. Yaakov Meltzer z”l. He was in his sixties.
Dr. Meltzer, a resident of Kew Gardens, Queens, NY, was a Hatzolah volunteer for decades.
Dr. Meltzer passed away this morning after dealing with cardiac issues.
