In a rare encounter in Meah Shearim, the Toldos Aharon Rebbe visited the home of his brother, the Toldos Avrohom Yitzchok Rebbe, where the two held a private conversation lasting an hour and a half ahead of Rosh Hashanah.
The Toldos Aharon Rebbe came to his brother’s home to exchange brachos, with each Rebbe offering his brachos to the other for the approaching new year.
The Toldos Avrohom Yitzchok Rebbe’s regular kabbolas kahal was halted for the visit, allowing the two brothers to speak privately for approximately 90 minutes. No gabbaim or other close attendants were present during their conversation.
At the conclusion of the lengthy meeting, an unusual scene unfolded. In a gesture considered particularly rare in recent years, the Toldos Avrohom Yitzchok Rebbe personally accompanied his brother all the way to the exit.
The two Rebbes then parted after warmly exchanging brachos for the coming year.
