A fresh batch of documents from the National Archives has unveiled a robust stream of communication, totaling over 1,000 emails, between Hunter Biden’s investment firm, Rosemont Seneca Partners, and the office of then-Vice President Joe Biden. The National Archives and Records Administration provided this cache of records, shedding light on interactions during Joe Biden’s tenure as vice president. These revelations come through the efforts of America First Legal, an organization that obtained the documents and released them recently.

The released records encompass 861 emails exchanged between January 2011 and December 2013, directly referencing Rosemont Seneca. Notably, these exchanges appear to underline the utilization of Hunter Biden’s business connections to enhance his proximity to the Obama White House. While providing insights into various official events and proceedings, the documents also underscore instances of White House guest list sharing, seating arrangements, and even sharing biographies of attendees for notable occasions such as the 2012 United Kingdom State Dinner and the 2013 Turkey State Luncheon.

It’s worth noting that a segment of these emails remains concealed due to claims of executive privilege invoked by the White House. Specifically, 200 emails referencing Hunter Biden’s firm were withheld from release, as they were deemed to contain confidential advice exchanged between the President and his advisors. This decision to withhold was conveyed by NARA (National Archives and Records Administration) to America First Legal in response to their request for records.

The correspondence demonstrates Hunter Biden’s firm’s efforts to secure last-minute access to significant events. In one compelling email from December 2013, lobbyist Doug Davenport urgently seeks assistance from Hunter Biden’s former business partner, Eric Schwerin, to obtain White House holiday tour tickets on short notice. Schwerin’s swift response reveals the level of familiarity Rosemont Seneca had with the Executive Mansion. Following internal communication, Rosemont Seneca successfully manages to secure the requested access.

Gene Hamilton, Vice President and General Counsel of America First Legal, emphasized the significance of these records, suggesting they provide further evidence of a close link between Hunter Biden’s foreign business engagements and the Office of the Vice President during the Obama Administration. As the puzzle pieces of the Biden family’s activities continue to be assembled, America First Legal remains dedicated to revealing the truth and sharing it with the American people.

  1. Seems strange that there could be any “executive privilege” concerning e-mails that had been exchanged (allegedly) with a non-governmental , private enterprise. Even if the e-mails contained some information about the opinions of advisors, that does not change the fact that the e-mails had already been sent to a private company and it seems to me that alone implicitly waives any alleged executive privilege. Think about it – the American citizen cannot see those e-mails but private non-government citizens of another country can see the e-mails. How is that “executive privilege”?

  2. Another day, another trove of evidence that our WH is occupied by a corrupt crook. And the Dems just ignore this and talk about conspiracy theories. At least the Republicans are not fabricating evidence, just uncovering it. Impeach.
