While Democratic electors in Pennsylvania and Georgia cast their states’ electoral votes for Joe Biden on Monday, slates of Republican electors in those states cast votes for President Trump just in case legal challenges succeed, Fox News reports.
The Pennsylvania GOP said in a press release that the Trump campaign asked the Republican electors to do this in order to preserve any potential rights to legal challenges that could overturn Monday’s vote. The Trump campaign and other Republicans have claimed that elections in states including Pennsylvania and Georgia ran afoul of state laws, compromising the ballot counts.
“We took this procedural vote to preserve any legal claims that may be presented going forward,” Trump campaign Pennsylvania chair Bernie Comfort said in a statement. “This was in no way an effort to usurp or contest the will of the Pennsylvania voters.”
The Pennsylvania Republican party said they drew inspiration from the 1960 election, during which Democrats challenged President Richard Nixon’s victory in Hawaii. Democratic electors submitted a conditional vote for John F. Kennedy. After a recount, Kennedy was declared the winner of the state.
At roughly the same time, Republican electors in Georgia also cast votes for Trump, while Democrats cast the state’s official electoral votes for Biden. Read more at Fox News.

The snowflakes need to get over the fact that their man lost. These fake electors were not elected by voters nor designated by the legislature. And because the Governors certified the Democratic electors it is the Democratic electors whose votes will be counted.
Besides even without PA and GA Biden still has 270 electoral votes.

That is the difference between the Democrats and Republicans. Even on this very matzav website is mentioned the case of 1960. In 1960, the election was between Kennedy and Nixon. Nixon won Hawaii and the governor of Hawaii signed the certificate from the GOP electors giving the state’s three electoral votes to Nixon. But then (unlike in this article) the governor did NOT stop the Democratic electors from issuing a certificate of their own to Kennedy. A court-ordered recount switched the results from Nixon to Kennedy and the governor then rescinded his first certificate and gave Hawaii to Kennedy.
So as usual, the Democrats get to play by a set of rules that discriminates against Republicans and guys like you two schill for them hoping the populace is just too dumb to know. Guys like you have such contempt for the populace.
