Stabbing In Ashdod, Terrorism Not Suspected

United Hatzalah volunteer EMTs responded to a medical emergency on Montefiore Boulevard in Ashdod after a young man was found in critical condition on the street.

United Hatzalah volunteer EMTs Avraham Heine and Daniel Bokovza were among the first responders at the scene and performed CPR on the man who it appeared had been involved in a motor vehicle accident, but it was later found that he had suffered a fatal stab wound.

Heine relayed from the scene: “When we arrived at the scene we found a young man suffering a full-system trauma. We performed CPR on him in an effort to resuscitate him. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene due to the severity of the injuries he suffered.”
