In a shocking development on Monday morning, the Fox News Channel announced that primetime host Tucker Carlson is leaving the network.
“Fox News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways,” the network said in a statement. “We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor. ”
The announcement came less than a week after Fox News settled a defamation lawsuit brought by Dominion Voting Systems, which had sued the network for false claims about the 2020 election, for $787.5 million hours before opening arguments were to begin. Carlson was among several on-air personalities expected to testify.
Many of Carlson’s private messages were released in motions filed by Dominion, revealing that the host was skeptical of many of the election-fraud claims made on-air by Trump-affiliated attorneys Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani. But it was Carlson’s comments about Fox management, as revealed in the Dominion case, that played a role in his departure from Fox, a person familiar with the company’s thinking told The Washington Post.
Carlson did not immediately respond to a message asking for comment on his departure. His last show was this past Friday, April 21.
The network said that the 8 p.m. time slot, which Carlson has held since April 2017, will be filled on an interim basis by “rotating Fox News personalities until a new host is named.” It will be called “Fox News Tonight.”
Carlson joined Fox News as a contributor in 2009. He served as a co-host of the weekend show “Fox & Friends Weekend” from 2012 to 2016. But it was in primetime that Carlson became a star, eclipsing 9 p.m. host Sean Hannity as the network’s most-watched host. In 2022, “Tucker Carlson Tonight” averaged 3.32 million total viewers and received the largest audience in all of cable news with the coveted 25-to-54 age demographic.
His Fox News colleagues were stunned by the departure, which seemed out of the blue. “Wow,” one producer wrote.”We’re just learning of this like everyone else, total surprise on my end,” another staffer told The Post, adding that colleagues were shocked as well.

If nothing else, it’s not really a shock because Fox News has been trying to get along with everyone as far as moving more left.
It seems that they want to have a ratings war with CNN and MS LSD, for the lowest ratings.

Thank You So Much for all this key information. Another key revelation that Tucker recently did was some of the surveillance recordings of the US Capitol during the January 6, 2021 incident. These visual recordings glaringly showed the masses of protesting people very calmly and very respectfully walking through the Capitol interior, and that they were ABSOLUTELY NOT staging any kind of “riot” or “insurrection” or “threat to our democracy” in any way whatsoever!!
Of course, the severely evil Charles Schumer and Merrick Garland (and many others like them) — who have been massively pushing to have ALL religious and other conservative oriented people branded as “super-dangerous terrorists” and readily executed for this (supposed) “crime” of the (supposed) “January 6 Insurrection Riot” — were raging hyper-hyper-furious at Tucker for showing these recordings and thus exposing their outright total lies.

They are what is often called “Alternative Media.” One of these many sites is called “InfoWars” (a com site); its leading newsman is a man named “Alex Jones,” who, for very many years, has been warning about the numerous subtle and overt threats to our freedom and even our existence. (He is also a good friend of Tucker Carlson.)
