Secretary of State John Kerry was the target of Taliban rocket attacks that violently shook the Afghan capital, authorities said today.
Kerry had been in Kabul, meeting with top government leaders as they struggle to hold their together their fragile democracy.
At least three explosions rocked central Kabul last night as Kerry left his surprise meeting.
