Taliban Targeted Kerry In Kabul Rocket Attacks

Secretary of State John Kerry was the target of Taliban rocket attacks that violently shook the Afghan capital, authorities said today.

Kerry had been in Kabul, meeting with top government leaders as they struggle to hold their together their fragile democracy.

At least three explosions rocked central Kabul last night as Kerry left his surprise meeting.

Kerry was the target of the attack – though he been gone for an hour when the rockets struck, according to CNN. Read more.
