Donald Trump proposed his plan to cut taxes for millions of Americans and businesses Monday, while shifting the tax burden to U.S. corporations overseas.
The plan would eliminate income taxes for couples making $50,000 a year or less, or individuals making $25,000, and cap it for all Americans at 25 percent.
Instead, Trump says he would levy a one-time tax on corporations based overseas, and remove tax deferrals from overseas income earned by corporations. Read more at Politico.
