[Video below.] Rav Shmuel Yaakov Kohn, the Toldos Avrohom Yitzchok Rebbe, is currently in the United States on a visit to raise funds for Mosdos Toldos Avrohom Yitzchok.
This coming Shabbos, Parshas Toldos, the Boro Park community will host the ebbe, who arrived in New York last week Sunday, beginning his tour of local communities to be mechazeik the many who flock to him for inspiration and guidance.
The highlight of the Rebbe’s visit to Boro Park will be this coming Shabbos. When the Rebbe visits America, his Shabbos tishen attract thousands of Yidden of every type. The tishen often last for six full hours, with heartfelt zemiros, inspirational divrei Torah and joyous dancing.
The Rebbe will remain in Boro Park until next week Thursday, when he will depart for the Catskills. The Rebbe will be in Upstate New York for Shabbos Parshas Vayeitzei and then in Monsey until the following Wednesday, when he will return to Eretz Yisroel.
The Rebbe visited Lakewood last night and a reception was held at the home of R’ Yehoshua Neuman, in County Line Manor. Remarks were delivered by Rav Shaul Simcha Friedman, rov of Bais Medrash Shemen Lamincha of Brook Hill.
