Vice President Mike Pence was sued Sunday by Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Tex.) and several other Republicans in a far-fetched bid that appeared aimed at overturning President-elect Joe Biden‘s election win.
The lawsuit focuses on Pence’s role in an upcoming Jan. 6 meeting of Congress to count states’ electoral votes and finalize Biden’s victory over President Trump. Typically, the vice president’s role in presiding over the meeting is a largely ceremonial one governed by an 1887 federal law known as the Electoral Count Act.
But the Republican lawsuit, which was filed against Pence in his official capacity as vice president, asks a federal judge in Texas to strike down the law as unconstitutional. The GOP plaintiffs go further: they ask the court to grant Pence the authority on Jan. 6 to effectively overturn Trump’s defeat in key battleground states.
Election law experts were dismissive of the lawsuit’s prospects for success.

While I know nothing about this 1887 law that the article refers to, it is quite obvious and most fitting that Vice President Pence should be sued — TO SIMPLY DO HIS JOB!!
Just like the President does in his inauguration (which is his actual installation into his job of being president), so the Vice President too does in his inauguration (his actual installation into his job of being vice president). This is that he takes an oath — he actually SWEARS by The Lord — that he will uphold and defend the nation (of the United States of America) AND its constitution from all threats, from threats coming from outside of the country (called “external”) and from threats coming from inside the country (called “internal” & “domestic”).
In this last election, (in order to overwhelm the huge majority of votes that were for President Trump) massive millions of votes were literally fabricated for Biden, thus falsely making him the “winner.” Such an outright total mockery of the election is absolutely a grave internal threat to the very structure of our free country and its constitution, which requires the holding of these elections — which obviously must be HONEST elections.
So, Vice President Pence — and all other government officials who took that same oath upon their installation — have a REQUIRED DUTY to DEFEND the country against this mockery of the recent election. So, at the meeting of the U.S Congress on January 6, 2021, when the states will deliver to Vice President Pence the envelopes of their elector counts, VICE PRESIDENT PENCE WILL HAVE A SACRED OBLIGATION TO COMPLETELY REJECT all electors who were produced by the fabricated Biden votes!!
Mr. Pence should have actually officially announced this (elector rejection) several days ago, but he did not, and, so far, he has not given any indication at all that he will do it on January 6. And, certainly, certainly, all of the Congressional leaders and members who have openly declared that we must “go along with” and “fully accept” and “actively support” the Biden so-called “victory,” are brazenly trashing the duties of their jobs and, instead, are actually supporting this threat on the country.
Furthermore, besides the false election win, almost everything that Biden & Harris & almost all of their Democrat Party leftist cronies stand for is, in itself, a severely grave threat to our nation as being a free country and its constitution.
During this last year of the Covid pandemic, especially in those states which they control, with crafty lies and deceptions of a “temporary” “three-week” “Lock-Down,” they tightly “Locked-Up” the whole population, jailed anyone who opened his or her little store, arrested people for walking in the street, imprisoned any doctor who wrote a prescription for Hydroxychloroquine, forcefully carried off residents from their homes to “quarantine centers,” and ordered citizens to “report” their neighbors who were not following the “rules.” And now, Biden has openly announced that he plans to greatly extend and tighten the Lockdowns on the national level.
They shut closed houses of worship — including our Shuls & Botei Midrashim & Yeshivos & Beis Yaakovs & Beis Rivkaas & Beis Rochels. They forbade all large and major gatherings and. Their “cousins” in Facebook & Twitter & YouTube censored and de-platformed anyone who dared to say different from the so-called “mainstream” narrative. (For example, if someone stated and published that Covid and Cancer and other diseases could be cured by Natural Healing remedies, and chemotherapy and vaccines were not good and were not needed, he was soon censored and de-platformed.) With all this, they thus HEAVILY TRASHED the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which, as is very well known, honorably declares America as being a land of: Freedom of Religion, Freedom of Speech, Freedom of the Press, and Freedom of Assembly.
(Already long before the Covid thingy, they well began to show utter disdain for people’s Freedom of Religion when, for example, they began promoting and promulgating Toeiva and heavily demanded that everyone fully respect and honor and support and facilitate the people and the actions of Toeiva — even the very, very worst forms of Toeiva!!)
In other words, they have glaringly showed that they really want to take our nation — which until now had been a “free country” — and, Rachmana Litzlan, turn it into an outright tyrannical dictatorship!!
