I understand the ring; there is certainly a halachic way to do it.
I can understand the peyos; maybe the lighting is misleading or maybe it was a mistake or maybe there is a shita somewhere.
I can EVEN understand the visit to Har HaBayis; he was mislead or misinformed.
But to say I swear?! This is a major issue.
He is a Yid. A very smart and talented Yid. And I respect him. But let’s not prop him up as a frum Yid who represents daas Torah.
