  1. My question is just like selling for a profit is an issue, why isn’t there an issue with a hashgocho who is making money or gaining power not an issue.

  2. Why is a home based kitchen worse than a nursing home. A nursing home has
    No Hechsher
    No Rov
    No Mashgiach Timidi
    No Mashgiach
    No Shomer Shabbos person in the kitchen
    And most of the time, no Jew in the kitchen whatsoever.
    And yet they are considered kosher
    Where is the uproar?!?

  3. People are in a nursing home because the family unfortunately don’t want to deal with them. Another reason is finance. The majority “al pi halacha” would NOT be considered cholim.
